Pastoral Counselling
Life can feel overwhelming — whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, emotional pain, relationship challenges, or simply feeling distant from God. In those moments, you don’t have to walk alone.
My pastoral counselling sessions offer a safe, prayerful space to process what’s going on in your heart and mind while being guided by biblical truth and spiritual wisdom. These are not clinical therapy sessions — they are Spirit-led conversations that honour your story and point you back to the heart of Jesus.
Each 50-minute session includes:
✔️ A compassionate, judgment-free space to speak honestly
✔️ Prayer and Spirit-led encouragement tailored to your needs
✔️ Biblical insights to help you renew your mind and restore peace
✔️ Tools to support emotional wholeness, healing, and deeper intimacy with God.
Anxiety | Depression | Loneliness | Poor Boundaries | Shame and Guilt | Stress Tolerance | Trauma | Self-Esteem Issues | Anger Management | Self-Harm | Personal Development & Growth | Life Transitions | Addictions | Body Image | Problems Unique to Women | Disordered Eating
Vision & Goal
The vision of Pastoral Counselling at Chloé Noel Wellness is to create a Christ-centered space where individuals can experience emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and personal transformation through the power of God’s love and truth.
This is not just about talking through what’s going on — it’s about inviting the Holy Spirit into your story, allowing Him to bring clarity, comfort, and breakthrough. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and biblical wisdom, helping you process life’s challenges while pointing you back to the heart of the Father.
Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, heartbreak, identity, or feeling spiritually dry, this space is designed to help you:
✔️ Feel heard and supported in a safe, prayerful environment
✔️ Renew your mind with the truth of God’s Word
✔️ Reconnect with God’s voice and vision for your life
✔️ Grow in emotional wholeness and spiritual maturity
The ultimate goal? That you would leave each session reminded of who you are, Whose you are, and that you are never alone — because healing and hope are always found in Jesus.
